About Me...
My Journey began in college when I completed my coursework in Organizational Behavior. This sparked an interest in me to begin helping Business Leaders to improve their organizations by understanding the people and the processes.
I began my career as a Corporate Trainer for a real estate software company. It was during a software conversion, with a membership of 20,000. I learned to write technical training manuals and provided hands-on training. That led me to Buffini and Company. As a Business Coach, I coached between 70-85 clients one-on-one, developing their personal business strategy for success.
